I would like to speak to the high level of customer service that PottyMD has given me. The watch I ordered for my son arrived in a timely manner, however, one of the pins that holds the timepiece to the band fell out within a week of him starting to wear it. I emailed PottyMD about the problem and frankly expected to get a laundry list of things I needed to do (i.e., proof of purchase, send the watch back, pay ridiculous shipping costs, etc.) in order to get it fixed. I received an email within 20 minutes stating that the missing part would be mailed immediately. Now that's service!!! Thank you PottyMD!
